Safe Neighborhoods

Home Campaigns Safe Neighborhoods

Neighbors walking together down a safe street at golden hour

The plan

Faster response, lit streets, policing that earns trust.

Safety is a service, and it must arrive on time. Delphine will staff emergency dispatch fully, publish response times by ward every month, and light 500 dark blocks with LED streetlights in the first two years.

Community policing gets real backing: foot patrols assigned to the same beats, youth outreach teams on Friday nights, and a civilian review board with actual power.

What's included

Four Commitments

  • Fully staffed 911 dispatch and published ward-level response times
  • 500 blocks relit with LED streetlights in two years
  • Same-officer foot beats and Friday-night youth outreach teams
  • Independent civilian review board with subpoena power
