A clinic in every district, counselors in every school.
Nobody should cross town for a checkup. Delphine will place a community clinic in each of the four districts with evening and weekend hours, sliding-scale fees, and same-week appointments.
The plan also puts a full-time mental-health counselor in every public middle and high school, and funds mobile screening vans for seniors and shift workers.
