The plan
Jobs, main streets, and apprenticeships in every ward.
A strong city starts with paychecks. Delphine will launch a $4M Main Street fund for storefront grants, cut permit wait times from months to weeks, and open apprenticeship pipelines with local unions — so young people can build careers without leaving town.
Every ward gets a business liaison at City Hall, and every contract over $50,000 will be published online. Growth must reach the corners, not just downtown.
